Conduct of regular classes on offline mode at University campus.
The Om Sterling Global University, Hisar (Haryana) has decided to conduct the regular (Offline Mode) classes in campus from 11.01.2021, in pursuance of UGC guidelines for Re-opening the Universities and College post Lockdown vide letter no. D.O. 14.08.2020 (CPP-II) Dated 05.11.2020, directions issued by Haryana State Government and Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India in this matter.
University is adhering to all guidelines prescribed for re-opening of the university, post lockdown, by UGC/State Govt./Ministry of Home Affairs.
UGC guidelines for Re-opening the Universities
University is adhering to all guidelines prescribed for re-opening of the university, post lockdown, by UGC/State Govt./Ministry of Home Affairs.
- In first phase classes shall be started for students admitted to first year of all the programmes & schools.
- All students are required to submit the consent letter by their parents in enclosed format (English/ Hindi).
- All students who are coming to attend the offline classes in campus shall produce the “Negative COVID Test Report” on the day they will come to University. The COVID Test should be done within 5 days of reporting in University Campus.
- All students are required to deposit the required tuition fee for the complete year online before they come to University campus.
- Student who wish to reside in Hostel shall deposit the Hostel admission fee and Mess Charges, in advance before coming to University campus.
- All Students are required to follow the guide lines and take measures to prevent Covid 19, as prescribed by UGC, issued by State Government and Ministry of Home Affairs Govt. of India, while attending the classes and residing in campus.

Guide Lines/Instructions to be followed by Students while coming to University Campus and attending Classes
- No Student will come to attend the classes if he/she is residing in containment zone or Covid Positive.
- All students will maintain self-discipline and take all measures to prevent the spread the of Covid 19.
- Wearing of masks/face cover will be compulsory for all students all the time in campus.
- All students will wear the face cover/ mask throughout the time they remain in campus while attending classes, going to laboratory or etc.
- Students will maintain the physical distance of minimum 6 feet, while entering into the campus, going out of the campus, in class, in laboratory, hostels and mess.
- Students will make queue when entering to campus and classes if there are large number of students at a time.
- Students will sanitize their electronic gadgets regularly.
- Student will not be allowed to gather in group and make a crowd.
- The spitting in campus will be strictly prohibited and punishable if found doing so.
- Student will sanitize and wash their hands with soap frequently to prevent Covid19 infection.
- Students will avoid crowding at the Drinking water spots.
- In institute Bus also physical distance will be maintained.
- Students will maintain physical distancing in hostel mess, while, taking their meals and will avoid crowding at dining counter/table.
- Students will engage them in activities like exercise, yoga, breathing exercises or meditation etc. to keep them fit and boost immunity.
- Students will avoid sharing books, electronic gadgets, learning materials or eatables.
- In case of any exigency, the students will inform to authorities of university through wardens or teachers.
