Programme and Venue: Om Sterling Global University is pleased to inform you that University is organizing its First convocation on 4^th December, 2022 at Main Sports Ground, OSGU, Hisar (Haryana) from 8 am onwards. Degrees will be conferred on the graduands and medals will be awarded to the toppers of various programmes.
   2. Registration & Important instructions regarding participation:
   • The candidates need to register online for attending the convocation.   
   • A convocation fee of Rs. 2000 needs to be paid online or offline at the university counter. Please take a screenshot of your payment.

   • The last date for registration strictly shall be 2^nd  December 2022. Any registrations received after 2^nd  December 2022, will not be allowed to attend the convocation.
   • You are required to bring your fully vaccinated report in hard copy to attend the convocation.
   • The reporting time for convocation is 8 am. You must reach on time on the day of convocation.
   • It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure clearance of all institutional dues to the University, before registrations, failing which your registration can be cancelled without prior information.
   • The registered students are required to report for the convocation rehearsal on 3^rd December, 2022 by 2.00 pm.
   • The student will be seated in the allotted seats only.
   • Entry to Convocation Hall is restricted till fill up of seats. In case of full occupancy at the venue, the accompanying person may be asked to sit on the other designated venue to attend convocation.
   • Accommodation shall not be provided by the university. Student shall make their own arrangements for stay if required.
   3. Dress Code:

   Men: White shirt with black or dark blue trouser
   Women: White dress (white/off white saree with maroon border) or same as above.

   • All students (Boys and Girls; both) will wear the stole.
   • It is mandatory to wear the dress code mentioned as above for the convocation.
   • Please do not carry handbags or other articles during the convocation.
   • Storage facility shall not be available at the venue, you are requested to leave your items at your convenient places for safety. University shall not be responsible for its security.
   4. Convocation Stoles:
   • All eligible students will be issued stoles at the designated counter and the graduands need to wear it throughout the ceremony.
   • Stoles need not be returned.
   • The student without convocation stole will not be permitted to attend the convocation ceremony in person.
   5. Schedule: Convocation shall be held as per the schedule mentioned above..
   6. Guests: Only one person (parent/spouse) is allowed with a candidate during the ceremony. 
   7. Alumni Registration: It is mandatory to complete online “Alumni Registration” before participating the Convocation ceremony through the following link:
   8. Lunch: Lunch will be served after the Convocation. Lunch coupon shall be provided to you by the university. Only one accompanying person (parent/spouse) will receive lunch coupon along with the candidates.
