B. Plan or Bachelor of Urban Planning is an undergraduate programme at Om Sterling Global University, Hisar, Haryana in the architecture & planning domain. In our college, this is a 4-year full-time programme and is an amalgamation of practical and theoretical knowledge for the aspiring students who have a knack for learning the Urban Planning, Neighborhood and Site Planning, Transport Planning, Area Planning etc. The Bachelor of Urban Planning students at OSGU will map, ideate, and oversee the Planning and are involved at every possible stage of a planning project.

To become a successful planner, an aspiring student must have an artistic and rational blend along with problem-solving skills. Programme Objectives
The Bachelor of Urban planning degree programme in OSGU’s School of Architecture and Planning (SAP) has the following programme objectives
- Multi –disciplinary approach focuses on urban development and management.
- Managing development and helping to create affordable housing.
- Prepare students for internship opportunities in Government offices.
- Designing towns and cities to include attractive buildings, vibrant public spaces and successful commercial and retail activities (healthy and dynamic urbanareas).
Programme Outcomes
The Bachelor of Urban Planning will assist the students to understand the fundamental and intricate concepts of urban design. The programme has been diligently drafted to stimulate creativity and sensitivity amidst students thus making them proficient to pursue highly rewarding careers in the field of planning in a drastically changing global world.
With this programme, the students will develop the ability to integrate various aspects of planning design such as – practical and theoretical process in planning. Apart from becoming employed in architectural, planning and design firms, a Bachelor of Urban Planning graduate can also venture into entrepreneurship and research and development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum percentage and others criteria for admission will be as per UGC/ Concerned Regulatory Bodies.
Provided below are the criteria that need to be met for the given course.
For National Students
- 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics.
For International Students
- Rule framed by University Grants Commission (UGC) and notified in its website www.ugc.ac.in will be followed for deciding the eligibility and admission of International students to various courses offered in Om Sterling Global University, Hisar.
