Free of cost certificate courses started at OSGU

Under the New Education Policy 2020, special attention is being paid by the universities to skill development among the youth. Under this, free part-time courses have been started at Om Sterling Global University. English Language & Communication Skills , General Computer, Personality Development, Logical and General Mathematics and Yoga and Sports have been selected. Keeping in view the convenience of the students, the operation of these courses has been started every Saturday, so that their regular degree courses also continue smoothly. On this occasion the Honourable Chancellor of the University Dr. Puneet Goyal and Pro Chancellor Dr. Poonam Goyal said that these courses provide the students with desirable skills according to the needs of the industries, which ultimately helps them in getting proper employment. Special interest was also observed among the students regarding these classes. More than 400 students have registered themselves in the courses. In the beginning of the first class, the Vice Chancellor Dr. NP Kaushik, Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Ajay Poddar along with the Deans and Incharges of all the schools guided the students. All these courses will be conducted under the supervision of Dr. Sunil Thakur, Incharge School of Engineering and Technology.
