Om Sterling Global University, School of pharmaceutical science on 25 September celebrated ‘The World Pharmacist’s Day’. The theme was “Pharmacist: Caring for you”. Guests were welcomed. Dean Academics Dr. R.S. Ghosh talk about journey of pharmacy profession since 300 BC till the date and importance of pharmacist role in modern healthcare profession and delivered learning message to students. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Devendra Pathak address to students about significance role of pharmacist in Health care profession and also explained various application of pharmaceutical science in 21th century considering need of society. Mementos were presented to guests. Students of OSGU were organized series of activities. These include: a few lectures, poster present competition. All attendees took pharmacist’s oath with their hands on heart. The program came to an end when Result was announced for poster presentation and Sachin from B-pharmacy got first position in poster competition.
