SRIJAN Incubation Centre at OM Sterling Global University (OSGU), Hisar, in collaboration with JDS Robotics, Agroha, successfully organised a hands-on workshop on “Robotics Design and Skills” to provide students with practical exposure to robotics, component assembly, and basic programming.
The workshop aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application by introducing students to the fundamentals of robotics and its real-world applications. Under the guidance of industry experts, participants explored various robotics components, learned assembly techniques, and gained an understanding of basic programming concepts used in robotic systems.
A major highlight of the workshop was the successful assembly and development of a working Robot Car by the students. This practical activity encouraged participants to apply their technical knowledge, develop creative solutions, and understand the integration of hardware and programming in robotics.
The workshop provided an engaging learning environment that enhanced students’ technical skills, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. It also encouraged innovation, experimentation, and hands-on learning, helping students gain confidence in working with emerging technologies.
The collaboration between SRIJAN Incubation Centre, OSGU, and JDS Robotics, Agroha, reflects a shared commitment to promoting experiential learning, technical innovation, and industry-oriented skill development. Such initiatives provide students with valuable opportunities to explore technological advancements and prepare for future careers in robotics, automation, and related fields.
OM Sterling Global University, Hisar, continues to encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, and practical skill development through workshops and industry collaborations that empower students to transform their ideas into working solutions.
