Tech in Dairy Technology is a 4-year full-time undergraduate program at Om Sterling Global University, Hisar, Haryana. The students will learn about milk and milk-based or milk-derived products from science perspective. The niche is concerned with the study and practical application of consumer products – such as beverages, fermented products, dried and concentrated products, butter, and ice cream. It also deals with milk production, animal husbandry, storage of milk, cattle rearing, packaging and transportation of milk products. You will also have the opportunity to learn the latest advancements in the daily world and become a part of research and development activities. B. Tech in Dairy Technology meets with chemistry, marketing, nutrition science, dairy unit operations, and management activities of dairy products.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum percentage and others criteria for admission will be as per UGC/ Concerned Regulatory Bodies.

  • 10+2 examination with PCB/ PCM /PCMB/Agriculture.

For International Students

  • Rule framed by University Grants Commission (UGC) and notified in its website www.ugc.ac.in will be followed for deciding the eligibility and admission of International students to various courses offered in Om Sterling Global University, Hisar.
