OM Sterling Global University signs MoU with HASC to Enhance Students Skills and Employability

OM Sterling Global University (OSGU), Hisar has entered into strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hartron Advanced Skill Center, Hisar a Training Partners of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Govt. of India along with Gramin Shiksha Pvt. Ltd., Hisar to strengthen students Hands on Training, Life Skill Training, Internship and employment opportunities. The MoU was formally signed on 15th May, 2026, marking a note worthy milestone in bridging the gap between academia and industry through Skill based Hands on Professional Training in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines. This collaboration will provide students and faculty members with access to (HASC) advanced platform for Professional & Skill Development Programs. The partnership is also expected to enhance the University’s visibility through mutual brand promotion and strategic outreach initiatives. On this occasion, Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Punit Goyal, Pro- Chancellor Dr. Punam Goyal and Vice chancellor Prof. Dr. N.P. Kaushik congratulated the University on this forward looking initiative. While signing the MoU on the behalf of OM Sterling Global University, Hisar, and Prof. (Dr.) Ajay K. Poddar), GCOO and Provost, reaffirmed the University’s commitment to equipping students with industry level skills. The initiative was effectively coordinated by Prof. (Dr.) Shobhna Poddar), Group Director and Distinguished Prof., Outreach, Training and Quality. Representing (HASC), Mr. Vishnu Centre Head, expressed his enthusiasm about empowering students with modern technology driven career tools and creating employment opportunities.
