The 38th AIU North-West Zone Youth Festival 2025 commenced with unmatched enthusiasm and grandeur at Om Sterling Global University (OSGU), Hisar, bringing together the best of young talent from 23 prestigious universities across North-West India. The festival, a grand celebration of art, culture, music, theatre, and literature, provides students with a platform to showcase their creative skills and foster inter-university cultural relations.
The opening day was filled with high-energy performances, cultural processions, and inspiring messages from esteemed dignitaries, setting the perfect tone for the upcoming days of artistic brilliance. From the Manager’s Meet in the morning to the majestic Cultural Procession in the afternoon, and finally, the grand Inaugural Ceremony and Folk Orchestra in the evening, the entire OSGU campus resonated with vibrancy and cultural harmony.

Manager’s Meet – 9:30 AM (Conference Hall, School of Performing and Fine Art,)
The festival’s first official event, the Manager’s Meet, was held at the Conference Hall (School Of performing and Fine Art), where team managers from participating universities gathered to discuss important festival guidelines. The session aimed to ensure smooth coordination, fair competition, and structured scheduling for all performances and contests. The OSGU organizing team briefed the managers on competition rules, evaluation criteria, and event timelines, laying a strong foundation for a seamless festival execution.
