HOW TO GET ADMISSION IN TOP LAW SCHOOLS?

Minimum  qualification in the top law colleges or the best law universities is 12^th or graduation. Secondly, you have to clear All India Law Entrance Examination, CLAT. After that, you are entitled to get Admission in 21 National Law Universities Schools. B.A.L.L.B  is a five years Law course. After that, LL.B takes three years any stream. Moreover, LL.M  takes two or one year after LL.B.

Ph.D. ADMISSION PROCESS

For Ph.D in law, minimum percentage required is 50%. Entrance exams are mandatory to take admissions in doctorate degree.

You get direct admission in Ph.D law after clearing NET or JRF. After that, you are designated for a monthly fellowship of JRF for two years@ 25000/-month +30%HRA/month. For remaining tenure 28000/-month are provided under SRF. Many top schools of law courses also conducted separate examinations for Ph.D. Separate examination is not required, in case you have cleared NET OR JRF.

AFTER LAW PROGRAME PROCEDURE FOR ENROLMENT AS AN ADVOCATE

Bar council of India issues the license after clearing the examination conducted by them. License permit by them allows you to practice in any court that is situated in INDIA.
