GUIDELINES FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS OF 3rd CONVOCATION 2024
- The 3rd Convocation of the Om Sterling Global University is scheduled on 14th December, 2024. The Candidates who have successfully completed their programmes during the academic years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 are eligible for the award of Degree/diplomas in this Convocation. However, Ph.D. Degrees will be awarded to those candidates, who have completed their Degree requirements up to 30th November, 2024.
- Eligible candidates who wish to obtain their Degrees and Diplomas IN-PERSON or IN-ABSENTIA should apply online in the prescribed Google Form available at the University Website: www.osgu.ac.in.

Students are required to deposit the requisite convocation fee into the University’s bank account. The fee can be paid either through the payment link available on the University’s website or directly via the following payment link -n

The Prescribed fee for the Convocation is Rs. 2,000/- (For all Programmes)
- The candidates are advised to fill up their details correctly in the Application Form for the further correspondence.
- Incomplete applications form and the applications form received after due date (10/12/2024) will be rejected without any intimation.
- The Prize/Gold Medal awardees, who are going to receive in this Convocation, will be intimated separately.
Dress Code:
For Male : White Shirt with Black or Dark Blue Trouser
For Female : White dress (Kurta Salwar or white/off white Saree with maroon Border).
- The venue of the convocation is in the University’s Main Sports Ground, OSGU, Hisar (Haryana).
- All the eligible students are required to reach at the venue by 9:00AM on 14th December, 2024.
- A Google Form for the Alumni Details is available at the University’s website: www.osgu.ac.in. The students are advised to fill essentially their details in the Google Form for Alumni.
