Om Sterling Global University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA), in partnership with College Dekho Academy, India’s largest online higher education platform providing rigorous industry-relevant programs, is a unique experiential learning based 2-year full-time MBA program whereby candidates get placed within 6 months of starting their MBA. This has been made possible through College Dekho Academy unique Industry-Academia partnership model that runs on “of the corporate”, “by the corporate” and “for the corporate” concept.
Our Corporate partners engage right from the selection process and curriculum design to selecting the faculty for the program and finalising extended internship design. This immersion is to ensure that the students are ready to hit the road and are productive from DAY 1 of joining their companies.

Admission Criteria
There are three levels of stringent screening processes a student has to undergo before he/she can become a part of this program. OSGU SAT(Scholarship Admission Test), this includes aptitude, comprehension, psychometric test, followed by Personal Interviews (PI) by Talent-Edge team. Shortlisted students then have a final one on one interview with corporate partners.
