General Instructions:
1. Students passed out with 70% and above marks in academic year 2021-22, should only apply.
2. Print Copy/Photo Copy of 12th Marksheet is required to be uploaded in the registration form and also bring it to the venue for verification.
3. Last Date for registration is 20 August 2022.
4. Students of CBSE, HBSE, ICSE Boards are eligible.
5. Each verified student at the venue will received a certificate of appreciation and shield.
6. This registration form is applicable For Districts i.e. Hisar, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Jind, Bhiwani, Kaithal, Kurukshetra and Yamuna Nagar for which the award event will be held on 21st August 2022 in the Auditorium of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, Haryana.
