Euphoria - 2021 celebrated at Om Sterling Global University

To warmly welcome and encourage new students, a traditional Fresher’s Party was organized at Om Sterling Global University. In the event, the students made a grand display of their talent and skills, leading students were awarded with appropriate awards by the university for their excellent performance and creations. Hon’bl Chancellor Dr Puneet Goyal and Pro Chancellor Dr Poonam Goyal were the chief guests in the program. On this occasion, the Chief Guest Dr. Puneet Goyal expressed that not only from all over the country but also students from other countries are studying in the University. He motivated the students for timely education and wished them a bright future. Dr. Poonam Goyal stressed on the all round development of the students along with proper utilization of their time. In the program, not only the North Indian culture, but the culture of the entire country and also Nepali, Bangladeshi and African culture was exposed on the stage through dance and drama. A ramp walk competition was organized among the students in which “Miss Talent’ award won by Manju from School of Health Science and Mustafa (Nigerian student) from School of Pharmaceutical Science were awarded the title of Mr. Talent. In this series, Kuldeep from School of Legal Studies and Nikita from School of Applied Science were selected as Mr and Miss Fresher for their excellent performance in various competitions. During this, the students enthralled everyone with presentations based on the genres of dance, singing, poetry, plays etc. During the program, the art exhibition organized by the students in association with Dr. Beena Dixit, Dean, School of Fine Arts was a special point of attraction. It should be known that through fifteen different schools in this university, world-class education, technology, sports, personality development and employment opportunities are provided to the students of the country and abroad. On this occasion the Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. N.P. Kaushik, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Ajay Podar along with the Dean, Incharges and all the staffs of all the schools were present. The program was supervised by the professors of the university Dr. Rakesh Dhiman, Dr. Vikas Bhargaw and Dr. Kavita Choudhary.
