It is a post graduate level 2 years regular professional degree course which is divided into four semesters. It is a general as well as specialization. M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering programs are usually structured as an Engineering Research degree, lesser than Ph.D.

Program Objectives

  • The degree will allow an individual to understanding of the theoretical foundations based on mathematics, science and engineering with a focus on applications in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
  • The professionals can also opt for the Patent and Paper Presentation Rights, which will help an individual to work in the differential aspects and can do research work for the same in future.
  • Master of Technology [M.Tech] originated in the 20th century to address the needs of broadcasting and recording media.
  • The course provides skills for designing communication systems to exhibit efficient and effective cellular /mobile communication, embedded systems, chip design and signal processing.
  • The course gives students knowledge on the matters of electromagnets, electricity and electronics in a practical sense.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum percentage and others criteria for admission will be as per UGC/ Concerned Regulatory Bodies.

For National Students

  • Bachelor Degree of concerned Engineering Branch.

For International Students

  • Rule framed by University Grants Commission (UGC) and notified in its website www.ugc.ac.in will be followed for deciding the eligibility and admission of International students to various courses offered in Om Sterling Global University, Hisar.
